authentication including clear text, dial name,password-
do not put domain name.
ADSL:
network, properties,services,add remote access service,
vpn1 ras pptpm , configure dial up only, protocol tag,
add point to point tunneling protocol, number of virtual
private network (reboot).
at dialer: new, ras pptpm, accept any authentication and clear text.
utils:
windisk --> opens the manage disk utility
winmsd --> opend diagnostic tool
winver --> for service pack info
