applying security to virtual server:

at exchange|expand servers|protocols|smtp|right click default smtp virtual
server|properties|at extended properties tab select method(cs -method) check
box|ok.
open outlook|send outside mail than from run:
c:\winnt\system32\logfiles\smtpsvc1(search file for command STARTTLS to
note that smtp didn use tls to encript last transmition.
at exchange expand servers|protocols|smtp|right click default smtp virtual
server|properties|access tab|click certificate and complete the web server
certificate wizard.
click delivery tab|click outbound security|select the tls encription
check box|ok.
from outlook send an outgoing mail and check again the smtpsvc1 for tls
(i couldnt c it)
exchange|expand protocols|right click default smtp virtual server|
properties|clear the enable logging,at access tab|certificate|remove the
current certificate.
connecting to another domain using smtp connector:

right click exchange|properties|select display routing group|right click
connectors|new smtp connector name moscow smtp connector to xxx|click
forward all mail through this connector to the following smart hosts and
type the [ip]|click add (for bridghead)|click your servername |ok|click
address space tab|add smtp|type your partner domain|at the connector scope
click routing group
varifying the smtp routing topology:
