creating a recipient policy: also when u want to forward mail
outside the server to a user (administrator for example)

go to AD |view |advanced features.right click username | properties|
exchange general tab|click delivery options botton |click
add to grant send on behalf permitions OR click forward
to and choose the contact (not user) with the other mail u added before-
this will be his forward mail of this user! (not on sbs: click exchange
advanced tab|mailbox rights)
error: do not forward mail to alias which is your mail -all the mails to
this one will be sent to the forwarder as a loop.
open outlook as the username|click new message|there u can c a from
option
creating a mail enabled contact:

at AD|right click myOU|new contact name conMoscow|modify|smtp address
write:conMoscow@test5.co.il|
finish. double click that contact |add a telephone number
creating a recipient policy:

double click the username address tab|at the city tab type moscow.
open exchange|right click recipient policies|name:recipient policy for
moscow|modify|clear all check boxes exept contacts|advanced tab|click
field |exchange users-point to city|condition-exactly|value-moscow|add|
find now.
go to recipients|recipients policy|new recipient policy|click e-mail
address tab|new|smtp address |ok|type :@eeee.com|Clear the this exchange
organization is responsible for all mail delivery to this address check
box|ok|when prompt to update click yes.
at the console expand recipients|click recipients update service|update now.
do to the username at AD|e-mail address tab|check that eee.com is listed there.
identifying the default policies:

open AD|properties of username|exchange general tab|click storage limits|
notice the default configuration..
open exchange|expand servers|right click mailbox store
properties|limits tab-here u c what u inherits|policies
tab-no policies|cancel
creating and applying mailbox store policy:
------------------------------------------
right click exchange properties|select display admin tools
right click first administrative group|new system policy
container.
right click system policies|new mailbox store policy|select:
general,database and limits check boxes|ok|at the general
properties tab name it:my mailbox store policy|click policy
tab|browse|click public folder store.
click database policy tab|customize|click block corresponding
to 1 AM for all days|limits tab|issue warning at: type 5,
prohibit send at: 10, prohibit send and receive at: 20| in the
warning message interval click use custom scheduale|customize|
select all days|ok| in the keep deleted items for: type 25.
right click my mailbox store add mailbox store|choose your
server |ok.answer yes to the prompt.
click my mailbox store, verify that mailbox store test5 is
there for u
expand first storage group|right click mailbox store|properties|
click policies tab|verify that the limits,databse,
general policy option are listed.
select limits tab-cannot change the settings configured by the
policy
expand AD properties of username|exchange general tab|click
storage limits|clear the use mailbox store defaults check box|
ok.
open exchange|expand first storage group|mailbox store|click
mailboxes on the view menu click choose clumns|click at the left
storage limits add|on the right click storage limits than move
up|ok.
watch the details on the right if u r below limit, disabled or
prohibit send
than u can test the accounts..
expand first administrative group|system policies|mailbox
store/test5 | right click:remove from policy
right click mailbox store properties|limits tab|clear all limits
